This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role and offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, allowing for three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial and business support to various departments including Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, and Government & Defence.
  • Manage the issuance of dealer invoices and credits.
  • Offer assistance to dealers and customers within the Off-Road Vehicles and Motorcycle sectors.
  • Oversee shipments to ensure timely completion and accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and IS teams to resolve queries and discrepancies related to the factoring company, ensuring the integrity of the Accounts Receivable Ledger.
  • Demonstrate strong reconciliation and reporting skills to address customer statement and invoice inquiries.
  • Provide support for credit control and commentary on aged debt.
  • Assist the Financial Controller with statutory audits and tax-related inquiries.
  • Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the month-end and year-end account preparations.
  • Assist with HR and payroll-related tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess ACCA/CIMA part-qualification or equivalent experience, along with advanced Excel capabilities and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
