We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Logistics Solutions Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team.
In the role of Logistics Solutions Manager, you will be tasked with the creation and execution of inventive logistics strategies that cater to the requirements of our clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design, plan, and implement logistics initiatives that improve operational efficiency and foster business expansion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engaging with tenders in collaboration with the global solutions design team.
  • Assessing client needs and converting them into solutions that can be integrated into financial business models.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure solutions are practical and smoothly executed.
  • Overseeing and managing the entire process.
  • Partnering with clients to comprehend their changing needs and proactively suggesting improvements.
  • Tracking and evaluating the performance of design solutions in the 3PL sector, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Compiling regular reports and updates for the Solutions Design Director, emphasizing team performance, project progress, and key performance indicators.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in specifying, sourcing, and managing the implementation of relevant equipment and services within warehouse and operational design.
  • A solid understanding of operations, account management, IT, and logistics engineering.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to engage at all levels, demonstrating influence, impact, and credibility.
  • Experience in stakeholder management within a customer-focused environment.
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others to enhance customer experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of financials and commercial contracts in the logistics sector, with the ability to devise cost-effective models based on specific agreements.
