Job Title: HSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes with site management to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and external audits.
  • Lead internal and external audits, and proactive SHE improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Head of HSE to develop and implement effective HSE strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site management, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
  • Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence culture and behaviors.
