Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction, support, and ownership for all Safety, Health, and Wellbeing activities on site. This will involve guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, drive continuous improvement, and promote positive culture and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes with site management to monitor and control compliance to legislation, internal policies, and external audits.
  • Develop and implement proactive SHE improvement activities to drive a safety culture.
  • Work closely with the Plant Manager and Head of HSE to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum. Experience in a manufacturing business, particularly in setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective, would be beneficial. ISO Systems experience is also essential.
