We are seeking a proactive and skilled Key Account Manager to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and cultivate significant client accounts, ensuring their supply chain requirements are addressed with the utmost professionalism. Collaborating closely with clients, you will gain insights into their business goals and deliver customized solutions that optimize their supply chain processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee client partnerships, financial performance, and service execution
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings for account assessments
  • Assist project managers in introducing new business opportunities
  • Spot and develop avenues for client expansion and enhancement
  • Handle account escalations and lead the team
Your Qualifications

We are in search of an individual with exceptional business insight and a background in customer account management. The ideal candidate should be client-focused, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
