Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for an established head chef or a seasoned senior sous chef eager for their next challenge. You will be expected to actively engage in kitchen operations and demonstrate your culinary expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Chefs Table events and corporate gatherings.
  • Collaborate with the team on innovative menu creation and testing.
  • Oversee the back-of-house team, offering mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff for event planning and execution.
  • Manage inventory: track and replenish stock of food and supplies.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure the use of fresh, seasonal produce.
  • Uphold strict health and safety standards and implement proper food safety practices.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, IT, budgeting, and administrative skills to manage kitchen operations effectively.
  • Lead the team in delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
  • Interact with guests in our open kitchen, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and integrate innovative techniques into menu development.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid UK work permit for a minimum of three years.
  • Experience in Michelin-starred or two-rosette establishments in the UK within the last four years is essential.
  • Proficient in modern cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Competent in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • This role requires strong verbal communication skills in English and a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
  • Proven ability to motivate, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively.
