Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for an experienced head chef or senior sous chef looking to advance their career. You will be expected to actively engage in kitchen operations and demonstrate your culinary expertise. Key responsibilities include:


  1. Overseeing the preparation and service for our exclusive dining events and corporate gatherings.
  2. Collaborating with the team on innovative menu creation and testing.
  3. Leading the back-of-house team, offering guidance, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
  4. Coordinating with administrative staff to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  5. Managing inventory: monitoring and replenishing stock of ingredients and supplies.
  6. Working closely with suppliers to source fresh, seasonal produce.
  7. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining rigorous food safety standards.
  8. Exhibiting strong organizational, IT, and administrative skills to effectively manage kitchen operations.
  9. Guiding the team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
  10. Engaging with guests in our open kitchen, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
  11. Staying informed about culinary trends and incorporating innovative techniques into menu development.

Qualifications
We are not considering candidates without a valid UK work permit for at least three years. Candidates must possess:

  • Relevant work experience in London or the UK.
  • A background in Michelin-starred or two-rosette establishments within the last four years.
  • Technical proficiency in modern cooking methods and ingredients.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, with a client-facing attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness.
  • A stable work history with a flexible and proactive mindset.
  • The ability to motivate, train, and develop kitchen staff effectively.
