At Growth Kitchen, we are on a mission to transform the way people savor delightful meals every day. Our cutting-edge platform enables kitchen operators to serve renowned restaurant brands from their own facilities.
We are in search of talented professionals to join our team and manage operations across the UK, working closely with our Account Management team. In this role, you will travel to various third-party delivery kitchens to ensure our franchisees operate efficiently and prepare our dishes to the highest standards. We seek individuals who are hands-on, capable of training kitchen staff, and adept at communicating with customers. This position requires regular national travel, with expenses covered, making up approximately 80% of your time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and supporting new franchisees in mastering the preparation of our culinary offerings
- Conducting regular onsite evaluations to enhance cooking processes
- Addressing customer inquiries and swiftly resolving operational challenges
- Engaging with customers to collect feedback and propose enhancements for the overall experience

Qualifications:
- Prior experience (1-4 years) in a restaurant or hospitality role as a General Manager of a single establishment or equivalent
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, and receiving mentorship
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK to engage with customers and ensure culinary excellence
- Friendly, positive demeanor with strong communication skills and a passion for building new relationships
- Proficiency in English and eligibility to work in the UK is essential
