About the Role

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Facilities Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Soft FM team, you will be responsible for providing high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-site facility contracts to ensure the highest standards are met and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate large teams to deliver high cleaning and facilities standards.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including clients and community members.
  • Ensure all duties and responsibilities are undertaken in full compliance with relevant Health and Safety at Work Act.

Requirements

  • Multi-site Contract management experience within the facilities sector.
  • Experience of full profit and loss accountability.
  • Demonstrable track record of acquiring, managing, and retaining facilities management contracts in a multi-site environment.
  • BISCS BICS/NVQ (or equivalent) in cleaning support services (desirable but not essential).
  • Full driving license.
