Site Supervisor Role

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the daily management of our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, addressing any issues promptly, and coordinating with contractors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure efficient site performance
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Deputy Facilities Manager to achieve site goals
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to demonstrate a competent standard of numeracy
  • Staff supervisory skills and ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Understanding of building maintenance requirements and ability to undertake minor repairs
  • Ability to carry out cleaning functions and operate machinery
  • Good understanding of health and safety issues and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in manual handling and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
