Civils-based Site Manager required to join React Site Solutions, a company specialising in marine civils projects. Project types include River/Sea Wall Structure Repairs, Jetty/Quayside Repairs, Flood Defences, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Steel Piling, and Bridge Repairs. Project values range between 10K to 20Mil. The ideal candidate will have a UK recognised Engineering qualification, Degree/HNC/ONC, and a good grounding in heavy Civils. Paid Holidays including Bank Holidays plus other benefits are offered. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and expectations. The company is keen to employ someone who is keen to grow with the company rather than freelance-type employment. Key responsibilities include managing marine civils projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and within budget. **Key Requirements:**

* UK recognised Engineering qualification, Degree/HNC/ONC
