We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure our guests enjoy the best dining experience possible. As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, managing inventory, and leading a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced, rock 'n roll environment and have a passion for food and team leadership, this is the perfect role for you
Kitchen Manager key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and service meets company standards.
- Oversee food quality, portion control, and presentation to maintain consistency and high standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menu ideas that align with our brand's rock 'n roll spirit and guest preferences.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen processes and team performance.
What were looking for in a Kitchen Manager
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and health regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment where teamwork and passion are key.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and a creative mindset to innovate and enhance our menu offerings.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
