Job Title: Clinical Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our patient pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including coordinating patient appointments and ensuring timely communication with patients and staff.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient data, including patient demographics and clinical information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clinical staff, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
