Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Ophthalmology Directorate as a Clinical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and a strong understanding of patient pathways.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Pathway Coordinators, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage and maintain filing and scanning systems, as well as other basic office duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and patient confidentiality policies.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the management team.
