Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Gloucestershire Health and Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed and provide personalised care through all of our services, ensuring a patient-centred approach.
  • Empower patients to lead the lives they want to live by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers to deliver tailored care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective use of skills and experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ways of working and delivering care, prioritising patient needs and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of psychological wellbeing principles and practices.
  • BABCP accreditation status.
