Job Title: Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health problems.

Our service provides evidence-based psychological interventions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other NHS-approved modalities. You will work in a supportive environment that offers high-quality supervision and continuous professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver low-intensity psychological interventions to a caseload of patients experiencing common mental health problems.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational courses and provide one-to-one treatment.
  • Work closely with GPs and staff in Primary Care settings to improve access and develop resources aimed at promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Requirements:
