About Our Service

We provide evidence-based psychological interventions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other NHS-approved modalities. Our treatment options include telephone, online webinars, face-to-face, and computerised therapy as part of a stepped care model.

Our Team

Our clinical teams are situated across Gloucestershire, and we employ over 100 therapists. Each team includes a Clinical Lead, Team Manager, Psychological Therapists, Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.

What We Offer
