We provide evidence-based psychological interventions using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other NHS-approved modalities. Our treatment options include telephone, online webinars, face-to-face, and computerised therapy as part of a stepped care model.
Our ApproachWe strive to provide a fully responsive service to everyone who needs it. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care that consistently exceeds national recovery standards.
Our TeamOur clinical teams are situated across Gloucestershire, and we employ over 100 therapists. Each team includes a Clinical Lead, Team Manager, Psychological Therapists, Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
What We OfferWe provide extensive opportunities for continuous professional development, ensuring our practitioners stay up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge. Our 2023 Staff Survey results showed that our team feels they work for a compassionate and inclusive organisation.
