About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Eating Disorders team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist in Eating Disorders, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessment and treatment interventions for individuals of all ages.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to Psychology Assistants and Trainee Psychologists
  • Deliver a range of specialist psychological interventions, including assessment and treatment
  • Contribute to the development of the Eating Disorders service, including the design and implementation of new initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to individuals with eating disorders

Person Specification

  • Registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology or equivalent Applied Psychology qualification
  • Experience of working with individuals with eating disorders, preferably in a specialist setting
