Job Summary

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use and related health and wellbeing issues.

Working collaboratively with our clinical team, counsellors, and other professionals, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, promoting their recovery and overall wellbeing. Your expertise and experience will enable you to develop and deliver a range of interventions, including prescribing and group work.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing individualised support and guidance to help them achieve their recovery goals. You will also contribute to the development of our service, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new initiatives to enhance our clients' experiences.
