The Role

We are seeking a Specialist Corporate Legal Editor to join our team. As a Specialist Corporate Legal Editor, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of corporate law matters to provide and maintain a wide range of content.

You will work in a supportive team of highly experienced colleagues, dealing with a breadth of interesting legal and editorial work, including:

  1. Analysing the latest corporate law, regulatory and policy developments, deciding which items to cover and to what extent
  2. Creating new and maintaining existing materials spanning a variety of formats, including standalone and comparative resources
  3. Commissioning, reviewing and editing content written internally and externally
  4. Meeting with external customers and industry experts to maintain and build understanding of the latest trends and pressures in corporate law and practice

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Substantial post-qualification experience of at least 7PQE+ in England & Wales as a corporate lawyer in either a law firm or in-house
  2. A demonstrable interest and ability in writing
  3. In-depth understanding of corporate law and extensive experience in advising on corporate matters
