About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Legal Editor to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, you will play a critical role in providing and maintaining high-quality Practical Law content, focusing primarily on English corporate-commercial content with some responsibilities for certain Scots law materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of Practical Law content, ensuring it is up-to-date and meets business objectives and customer needs.
  • Commission, review, and edit content written internally and externally, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with third parties to obtain contributions of content or improve content through their insights into law or practice.
  • Assist in developing and marketing the Corporate and Commercial practice areas, supporting marketing and sales efforts to deliver business objectives.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience in corporate-commercial law, preferably in England & Wales, and some experience in Scotland. You should have a demonstrable interest and ability in writing with excellent attention to detail.
