The Role
We are seeking a Specialist Corporate Legal Editor to join our team. As a Corporate Law Editor, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of advising on corporate law matters to provide and maintain a wide range of content.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the latest corporate law, regulatory and policy developments, deciding which items to cover and to what extent
- Create new and maintain existing materials spanning a variety of formats, including standalone and comparative resources
- Commission, review and edit content written internally and externally
- Meet with external customers and industry experts to maintain and build understanding of the latest trends and pressures in corporate law and practice
Requirements
- Substantial post-qualification experience of at least 7 years in England & Wales as a corporate lawyer in either a law firm or in-house
- A demonstrable interest and ability in writing
- An in-depth understanding of corporate law and extensive experience in advising on corporate matters
