About the Role
Lipson Lloyd-Jones is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Editor to join our team. As a Specialist Corporate Legal Editor, you will use your expertise in corporate law to create and maintain a wide range of content.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the latest corporate law, regulatory and policy developments to decide which items to cover and to what extent.
- Create new and maintain existing materials spanning a variety of formats, including standalone and comparative resources.
- Commission, review and edit content written internally and externally.
- Meet with external customers and industry experts to maintain and build understanding of the latest trends and pressures in corporate law and practice.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with substantial post-qualification experience (at least 7PQE+) in England & Wales as a corporate lawyer in either a law firm or in-house. You should have a demonstrable interest and ability in writing, as well as an in-depth understanding of corporate law and extensive experience in advising on corporate matters.
