The Role

We are seeking a Specialist Corporate Legal Editor to join our team. As a corporate lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience, you will use your expertise to advise on corporate law matters and provide high-quality content to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the latest corporate law, regulatory, and policy developments to decide which items to cover and to what extent.
  • Create new and maintain existing materials spanning various formats, including standalone and comparative resources.
  • Commission, review, and edit content written internally and externally.
  • Meet with external customers and industry experts to maintain and build understanding of the latest trends and pressures in corporate law and practice.

Requirements

  • Substantial post-qualification experience (at least 7PQE+) in England & Wales as a corporate lawyer in either a law firm or in-house.
  • A demonstrable interest and ability in writing.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate law and extensive experience in advising on corporate matters.
