Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our EUC team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop infrastructure
  • Support and monitoring of Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 11, through to Microsoft Endpoint Analytics
  • Collaboration with our EUC team to ensure successful delivery of EUC and desktop related BAU projects and tasks
  • Attendance on site as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in EUC desktop support and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 11
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
