Como Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, usted:

Actuará como un experto en nuestras ofertas de identidad para la Fuerza Laboral y para Clientes. Establecerá una visión y un plan para las cuentas asignadas en su territorio utilizando un enfoque de clasificación. Desarrollará planes de cuenta detallados que incluyan estrategias para el cliente, aspectos financieros, problemas, objetivos y partes interesadas. Impulsará proactivamente su propia actividad de generación de oportunidades a través de Inmails, eventos, redes y otros métodos creativos, asegurando siempre tener suficiente pipeline para alcanzar sus metas. Utilizará de manera equitativa los equipos de Desarrollo de Ventas (SDR's y BDR's), Marketing y el ecosistema de socios para ayudar a encontrar y ganar nuevas oportunidades. Aprovechará las oportunidades de venta adicional y cruzada dentro de su base de cuentas para aumentar el éxito de sus clientes y de Okta. Adoptará un enfoque de ventas basado en el valor, siempre buscando aportar un punto de vista convincente a nuestros clientes. Desarrollará asociaciones de asesoría de confianza y a largo plazo con ejecutivos en sus cuentas, aprovechando la tecnología de Okta para apoyarlos en el logro de sus objetivos estratégicos clave. Seguirá una metodología de ventas MEDDPICC para navegar la complejidad del ciclo de ventas y asegurarse de estar un paso adelante de cualquier obstáculo para cerrar el trato. Creará planes de acción mutuos en colaboración con sus clientes para establecer una responsabilidad compartida. Colaborará con equipos multifuncionales desde Desarrollo de Ventas (SDR's y BDR's) hasta Alianzas y Canales, Marketing, Pre-Ventas, Arquitectos de Soluciones, Legal, Deal Desk y más para asegurar el éxito tanto para usted como para Okta. Utilizará nuestro equipo de Valor Empresarial para mostrar a nuestros clientes su ROI y entregar mensajes efectivos sobre el impacto a largo plazo de las soluciones de Okta.

Podría ser un gran candidato para este puesto si tiene:

Experiencia a nivel experto en la venta de tecnología en la nube como Servicio (SaaS) a organizaciones del FTSE 500. En Okta, una gran empresa significa más de 1,000 empleados. Experiencia en la auto-generación de oportunidades a través de una variedad de métodos con un impulso por ganar y hacer crecer nuevas cuentas. Habilidad para navegar ciclos de ventas largos y complejos con múltiples partes interesadas tanto del lado del cliente como dentro de su propia empresa. Los tamaños de los acuerdos que puede haber vendido oscilan entre $100,000 y $1,000,000 + ARR. Experiencia significativa vendiendo a audiencias técnicas como CIO, CISO, CTO y a personas comerciales como Producto, Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Operaciones, etc. Dominio de un marco de ventas como MEDDICC, Challenger o Sandler (utilizamos MEDDPICC). Experiencia significativa vendiendo en asociación con GSI's y el ecosistema de socios más amplio.
