Overview

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Staffordshire - Office Based

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Non-negotiable)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Reporting To: Head of People

Aspirations Care Ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced full-time administrator to assist our Senior Management Team. Based in our Stafford office, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong initiative, as this role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and managing emails.
  • Coordinate activities at our head office.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and general inquiries.
  • Take minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and distribution.
  • Organize meetings for management personnel.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems.
  • Uphold confidentiality of information in accordance with GDPR regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in minute-taking and demonstrate exceptional IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
