Job Summary:
Caremark Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone Enquiries: Respond to all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Recruitment and Vetting: Implement thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care & Support Workers, ensuring that all necessary checks are completed and records are up to date.
- New Client Referrals: Process new client referrals, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Field Care Supervisors, including client and Care & Support Worker files.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and Care & Support Worker information, including electronic records.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that all computer systems are up to date and functioning correctly.
- Compliance: Ensure that all office systems and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
