Fleet Administration Coordinator

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our team in Stafford. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including scheduling, booking, and completion of maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and MOTs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance records to identify any delays or issues and take corrective action.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all company vehicles.
  • Audit fleet records and databases to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fleet administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
