- Demonstrated experience in schedule coordination
- Knowledge of scheduling management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work
- Weekly remuneration
- On-site parking availability
- Immediate start
- Temporary position for a duration of two months
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
