Sirius Recruitment Services Ltd is a reputable subcontracting firm specializing in laser cutting and fabrication services.

Due to recent internal advancements, there is an opening for a Procurement and Production Coordinator to become part of the existing team on the production floor.

In this role, reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, the ideal candidate will be a personable individual who collaborates well with colleagues, demonstrates punctuality, and can operate independently following initial training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently sourcing and procuring requested materials and supplies.
  • Addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed.

Main Duties Include:

  • Generating and managing purchase orders for materials, components, and services in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating special delivery and collection requests as necessary.
  • Overseeing subcontractor deliveries and pickups.
  • Adhering to all quality, health, safety, and environmental protocols, and addressing any quality concerns swiftly.
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding order statuses and delivery updates, while fostering positive relationships.
  • Conducting administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and report generation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed purchasing choices.
