Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Category Manager to join our client's Procurement department at RHL, based in Staffordshire. This leadership role will involve managing a set of categories on a global basis, reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage supplier performance, cost, and risk to ensure the supply base meets business unit and regional expectations.
  • Lead a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers within non-production procurement, focusing on complex and priority categories.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier relationships and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions and drive business growth.
