Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our Procurement team at RHL. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a set of categories on a global basis, ensuring the supply base meets the business unit and regional expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage supplier performance, cost, and risk to ensure optimal results.
- Lead a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers within non-production procurement, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in category management and procurement leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
