Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage supplier performance, cost, and risk to ensure optimal results.
  • Lead a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers within non-production procurement, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category management and procurement leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
