Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the head of engineering to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the US team to resolve tickets and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Strong background in technical bespoke application support.
  • Expertise in SQL Server, including queries, joins, and procedures.
  • ITIL certification and client-facing experience.
