Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via various communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions to improve future support processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17.44, paid through PAYE, and a 35-hour working week. This is a full-time, on-site position, requiring a 12-week contract in a conveniently located office with excellent public transport links.
