About the Role

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team in Young Adult Hip Surgery. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical care to patients with complex hip conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all aspects of clinical governance, including audit and research
  • Develop and maintain expertise in arthroscopy, osteotomy, and complex arthroplasty surgery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of medical staff through individual appraisal and continuing professional development
Requirements
  • Registration with the GMC with a licence to practice
  • FRCS (Orthopaedic) or an appropriate higher surgical qualification
  • Significant experience as an orthopaedic trainee/SpR
  • Proven experience in orthopaedic surgery and arthroplasty techniques
