Job Summary
The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Orthopaedics to join our team. As a leading specialist orthopaedic unit in Europe, we offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and expertise in Young Adult Hip Surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the Clinical Governance structure to monitor, maintain, and develop the quality and effectiveness of care.
- Develop and maintain a predominant interest in Young Adult Hip and Hip Preservation surgery, including hip arthroscopy, pelvic/femoral osteotomy, and complex arthroplasty surgery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other members of the Multidisciplinary team to ensure maximal efficiency within the department.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality surgery to patients referred from General Practitioners, Triage services, and other Secondary or Tertiary care providers.
