The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow to join our Young Adult Hip team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical care to patients with complex hip conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all aspects of the Clinical Governance structure to monitor, maintain, and develop the quality and effectiveness of care.
- Contribute to the development of medical staff through individual appraisal and continuing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure maximal efficiency within the department.
- Participate in audit and research activities to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of orthopaedic surgery.
- Registration with the GMC with a licence to practice.
- FRCS (Orthopaedic) or an appropriate higher surgical qualification.
- Significant experience as an orthopaedic trainee/SpR.
- Proven experience in orthopaedic surgery and arthroplasty techniques.
