About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team at Practice Plus Group's new Birmingham Hospital. As a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing a range of orthopaedic procedures on patients referred to the hospital, working in accordance with hospital protocols and working practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform orthopaedic procedures on patients referred to the hospital, including elective and emergency cases.
  • Provide expert clinical opinion on a range of problems in elective orthopaedic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of orthopaedic services at the hospital, including the enhancement of recovery programmes.

  • UK registered medical professional with a listing on the Specialist GMC register.
  • Experience in orthopaedic surgery, with a focus on foot and ankle surgery.
