London, Greater London, United Kingdom Crafty Counsel Full time

ABOUT US

Welcome to Crafty Counsel, a vibrant community dedicated to in-house legal professionals, committed to fostering joy, insight, and connections within the industry.

Our commercial collaborations are vital to this mission. We partner with law firms, legal technology companies, and various entities in the legal field, assisting them in engaging with in-house lawyers through event sponsorship, content creation, market positioning, and client understanding. Many of these organizations become our esteemed "Cherished Partners," collaborating with us year-round on events, content, and thought leadership, while gaining insights into their in-house lawyer clientele.

Our event offerings include Crafty Fest, the premier gathering for in-house legal professionals in the UK, alongside several other conferences and intimate breakfast/dinner events featuring discussions and valuable content.

Beyond events, Crafty Counsel serves as a true Community, with an active online platform where members exchange vendor recommendations, career opportunities, and provide mutual support. Our network of community volunteers organizes "Crafty Locals"—small-scale meetups in various towns and cities across the UK and beyond.

As a startup, we are a close-knit team of eight full-time employees, with plans to expand by adding up to three more team members by the end of 2024. We also collaborate with a dynamic network of freelance talent, community volunteers, investors, and advisors.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will excel in relationship management, ensuring the success of all commercial facets of the organization, including events and content studios.

Key Responsibilities
