Position Overview

The Global Strategy Lead will collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy to formulate and implement a comprehensive global strategy. This role involves engaging with a diverse array of senior stakeholders both within the organization and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of an all-encompassing business strategy targeting various markets.
  • Expansion Initiatives: Identify and spearhead opportunities for growth, including new product lines, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Leadership Engagement: Foster support for strategic initiatives among senior functional, regional, and market leaders.
  • Strategic Messaging: Convert business strategies into persuasive narratives for both internal and external strategic stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within consulting firms or corporate environments.
  • Background in fintech or in sectors with stringent regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of business management functions necessary for a global enterprise.
