Paid Social Account DirectorAs a Paid Social Account Director, you will lead the charge in developing and executing cutting-edge paid social strategies for a diverse portfolio of global clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and exceeding client objectives.
Responsibilities:- Spearhead the development of comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client KPIs and business goals, ensuring impactful results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic guidance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead a team of talented Account Managers and Account Executives, mentoring their professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee all aspects of campaign delivery, optimization, and reporting, ensuring market-leading execution and measurable success.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across leading social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Collaborate with media partners to secure valuable opportunities for clients and build strong relationships within the industry.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize campaign performance.
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in paid social media marketing. A strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and best practices is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also crucial for success in this role.
