This newly created position will oversee the expanded global paid social scope for one of Zenith's key clients, Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company. As a Paid Social Associate Director, you will lead a team of social specialists in Publicis Global Delivery hub (PGD) in India and work closely with Paid Social Managers in London.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Social Playbooks: Create and update comprehensive social playbooks to provide guidelines for best-in-class planning and activation.
- Drive Paid Social Operational Excellence: Lead and advance paid social operational excellence to deliver high levels of accurate buying, in-platform QA, optimization, and reporting.
- Grow and Develop the Account: Consistently increase spend and platform, product, and technology adoption, and diversify sources of revenue.
- Experience in Paid Social Planning and Activation: Proven experience in planning, managing, and activating multi-market brand and performance campaigns on all global paid social platforms.
- Global Client and Team Management: Managed a global client and team, with a strong understanding of global market trends and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Experience using creative, tech, brand safety, verification, and data providers, such as DV, IAS, Moat, Nielsen, etc.
