Paid Social Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Social Account Director to join our team at Assembly Global. As a key member of our global performance team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class paid social campaigns that drive business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social strategies that meet and exceed client business objectives
- Lead key client accounts independently, managing client escalations and providing inspiration to clients and internal stakeholders
- Line management of a paid social team, mentoring and supporting direct reports
- Oversee all elements of campaign delivery, optimization, and reporting to ensure market-leading execution
- Monitor quality control on daily workflow and ensure team processes are followed
- Collaborate with the Head of Paid Social and sales team to develop and deliver pitches to win new business and drive team growth
- Cross-sell Paid Social to Assembly's existing client base by working with Client Leadership to identify opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across social platforms
- Work with media partner contacts to seek value-add opportunities on clients and develop relationships with key platform partners
- Strong Paid Social experience gained in an agency setting
- Senior client handling and relationship management experience essential
- Demonstrable experience of delivering best-in-class paid social campaigns and driving innovation, testing, and measurement
- Experience planning and managing both Brand and Performance campaigns for multi-market clients across multiple Paid Social platforms
- Management of activity across international markets
- Experience in managing a team and goal setting for direct reports
