Overview of Role
This role focuses on delivering best-in-class campaign strategy and activation across Paid Social channels for a global fashion retailer.
Working closely with the Paid Social Business Director, you will lead client communication and drive expansion of the client's Paid Social presence. A strong understanding of Paid Social across all major platforms is essential to this role.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the Paid Social strategy is executed flawlessly, from implementation and optimization to comprehensive reporting.
This position involves collaborating closely with various teams, partners, and clients. You will oversee a team of Paid Social Account Managers and Account Executives, reporting directly to the Paid Social Business Director.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Manage daily tasks and provide direct guidance to your team of Paid Social specialists.
- Conduct regular audits of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and enhance performance.
- Lead client meetings as needed, providing clear communication and insightful updates on campaign progress.
- Collaborate with planning teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all departments involved in the campaign process.
- Create compelling documents that showcase campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
- Ensure all media bookings are accurately processed and reconciled according to established financial procedures.
- Extensive experience in digital media, ideally gained within an agency environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in activating and planning Paid Social campaigns, including performance-driven strategies.
- Professional digital media/advertising qualifications are highly advantageous.
- Any relevant digital media experience, such as freelance projects or personal initiatives, will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, mathematical aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
