Key Responsibilities
- Client Delivery
- Lead and manage key accounts, developing a deep understanding of the clients' business and anticipating their needs;
- Develop messaging materials and communications collateral;
- Provide strategic advice, ongoing counsel and support;
- Take a lead role for issues management and capital markets projects (M&A, IPOs, litigation support etc).
- Devise and implement engagement activities to strengthen relationships with target companies and ecosystem players;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology and fintech sectors.
- Establish and maintain deep, established media relationships across the sector;
- Develop and implement media engagement strategies to support client objectives;
- Provide strategic advice on media relations and crisis communications.
- Actively support the training and development of junior team members;
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge;
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team at FGS Global. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in a similar agency or in-house environment, with a deep understanding of the technology and fintech sectors. The role will provide extensive exposure to high-profile communications situations and the opportunity to drive new business in the UK and across our global network.
