About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Transformation Lead to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing transformation strategy and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing transformation strategy in partnership with marketing leadership and wider Amex GBT program teams.
  • Accountable for overall marketing transformation plan, including key KPIs and milestones.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing transformation strategy, developing relationships with key stakeholders and third parties.
  • Oversee key programs linked to any future merger and acquisition activity, globally.
  • Accountable for brand and marketing transformation programs and strategic project management, including mergers, acquisitions and evolving brand strategy.
  • Play an active role in the leadership of the Global Brand & Marketing Communications team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior B2B marketing experience working with high-profile global brands.
  • Significant experience delivering marketing transformation and/or long-term marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Strong experience working in B2B, preferably in marketing strategy and/or operations.
  • Open-minded, excitement to try new tactics, and perseverance to see projects to completion.
  • Proven experience of delivering results in highly commercial environments.
