About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Gravity Global. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of global clients and delivering best-in-market digital strategies to achieve client business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Main Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between our global clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the Associate Director, Client Services, in leading and developing the careers of a team of six digital marketing Account Handlers.
  3. Business Growth: Drive agency growth through operational excellence, opportunity spotting, and strategic thinking, generating revenue across client portfolios.
  4. Strategy Development: Independently craft commercially-minded digital marketing strategies for large and fast-paced clients, leveraging expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
  5. Delivery Team Leadership: Lead delivery teams in the execution of strategies, often across different time zones, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  6. Campaign Optimization: Pivot and enrich campaigns based on performance and environmental opportunities and challenges, ensuring maximum ROI.
  7. Financial Management: Take ownership of client financials, ensuring accounts and projects are profitable and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Exceptional Client Management: Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally, with exceptional client management skills.
  2. Agency Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a fast-paced agency setting, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for the longer term as well as day-to-day challenges, with a proven ability to generate commercial growth.
  4. Financial Acumen: Excellent financial skills, with the ability to manage client financials and ensure profitability.
  5. Leadership Skills: Strong line and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, manage, and develop direct reports and junior colleagues.
  6. Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience of digital marketing channels, including PPC, Social, and Digital PR, as well as analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
