Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team and develop our SW region. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business prospects, generating leads, building brand presence, and developing trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the SW region
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and introducers to secure mutually beneficial introductions
  • Lead a team of Financial Controllers and Finance Managers to provide services to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and activity reports
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new business sales within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience of building introducer/partner networks to secure mutually beneficial introductions
  • Ability to communicate, connect, present, and influence credibly at all levels of an SME organisation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Natural ability to nurture and build relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Organised, dependable, and entrepreneurial
  • Motivated self-starter, driven by results and outcome-orientated
  • Open mindset and collaborative approach with a positive attitude
