Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our client's team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
